This privacy statement has been drawn up by Matrix Entertainment, led by Robin, who is also responsible for the processing of personal data according to the AVG, established at Klokkenweide 8, 3223NA Hellevoetsluis and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 27281688.
Personal data that is stored:
The following personal data, which are obtained via the contact form on the website, are stored: first and last name, company name, e-mail address and telephone number. Name and e-mail address are also saved when they are entered when requesting to be subscribed to the periodic newsletter.
What is done with the personal data:
The stored personal data (first and last name, company name, e-mail address and telephone number) are used to contact the person who completed the form in a personal way.
Secure transmission of personal data:
The personal data sent via the website is sent securely via an SSL connection, which ensures that the personal data is sent encrypted and cannot be intercepted.
Storage of personal data:
The stored personal data is stored on a secure computer and online on Savvii’s secure server, with which a processing agreement has been concluded.
Retention period personal data :
All personal data will be stored for up to seven years after the date of entry. After that, the personal data will be permanently deleted.
Sharing of personal data:

Access to the personal data:
The following companies have insight into the personal data: Dutch Magic BV (for the purpose of processing an information request), Status Finance (for the purpose of processing the financial administration and accounting), Enormail (for the purpose of sending of the periodic newsletter), Kinsta (for the purpose of storing the data) and Arranged by Sjors (for the purpose of processing administration). A processing agreement has been concluded with all these companies, which stipulates that the personal data may not be used for purposes other than those for which Matrix Entertainment has given permission.
View , change or delete personal data:
